Kyt currently serves as the Head Coach of the Canadian National Futsal Team, a role that has allowed him to develop extensive expertise in small-sided play: speed of execution, refined technique, quick decision-making, and creativity under pressure. This mastery of futsal directly shapes the KS Soccer methodology and helps develop more complete, reactive, and confident players.

He is also part of the technical staff at Forge FC, a premier club in the Canadian Premier League, where he acts as Assistant Coach and Director of Youth Football. His work within the club gives him daily exposure to top-level athletes and a clear perspective on the qualities and behaviors that allow a young player to reach higher levels. While he never creates false expectations, his experienced eye allows him to recognize emerging potential and guide young athletes toward a progression that is realistic, coherent, and ambitious.
